Dr French has personally provided medical records to you or your new provider since his retirement.
He will continue to assist with these requests until he is able, however IRON MOUNTAIN has custodianship of your records as well. They, however may take up to 30 days to deliver your records.
Dr. French has paid for their services up front and you will not be charged for record requests.
